Causes of thermal printer line break

     Thermal sheet is main accessories of Thermal printer mechanism, which is the consumption of the entire movement components.      1) thermal printer thermal paper has a relatively high demand. The heat-sensitive sheet heats the heat-sensitive paper coated with a layer of chemical coating to develop the writing.      3) in the air humidity is too high, the temperature is too high to use the environment, will affect the print quality and movement of life. Printhead premature aging. Resulting in "broken line" phenomenon or illegible handwriting.
