The reason for the blurred printer printing

     Question 1. some words do not print out the reasons: print head(Printer Mechanism) dirty, typographical errors.
Methods: cleaning the print head, layout, when to see if the printed word overlap together, and re-typesetting.

Question 2. the print is not clear and black line reasons: print head dirty or print head broken needle
Method: clean the print head, if not, then replace the print head(Printer Mechanism).

Question 3. the font is clear when printing, bar code is not clear Reason: bar code content too much, the density is too small.
Method: shorten the bar code content or increase the bar code density, for 200dpi and 300dpi machine, the bar code density is generally more than 7mils scale factor to 2 or 2 above, the micro-printer to print out the bar code is clear.
